reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms. Per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface-applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .
The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and hot spots, etc., complete.

**Zebra will be counted as the size of the total area. Suppose the size will be 5 meters x 2 meters, then the total area will be counted 10 square meters =100 running meters with a thickness of 2-2.5 MM
**If a width of 6 Inch required, then the rate will be considered 1.5 times, i.e., suppose 100 meters is done with 6" width will be counted as 100*1.5 times=150 Running Meter
**If Thermoplastic paint is done on Pavert Block, then the rate will be considered 1.5 times, i.e., suppose 100 meters is done with 6" width will be counted as 100*1.5 times=150 Running Meter
**Cold Paint (Epoxy Paint) Charge is Rs 100.00 per running Meter for MOQ: 1000 Running meter, if Quantity below 1000 running meters, then charges will be 120.00 per running meter ** For Arrow Marking charges 2500.00 each **For Text Marking charges 3500.00 each ** For Pic Marking charges 4500.00 each Client Responsibility:
*Space required to store raw Material
*Work permission should be from 8:00 AM to 7: 00 PM
*Surface should be Clean with a brush and water, and Handedover for Painting
*The painting plant must be ready before the start of work.
Important Notes
1. After a mutually agreed date & time for work via any written communication, if there is no site clearance when our team arrives for *thermoplastic work, minimum INR 5000 (Rupees Five thousand only) would be charged for Residential premises and INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for an industrial site, even if the work is not done for any quantity.
2. If the surface is wet due to any condition, the thermoplastic or any paint will not be applied. Thermoplastic paint cannot be done on wet 3. surfaces so the surface should be free of moisture.
4. Total area clearance is mandatory for the paint application at a single point in time when the operator visit the site for application. No parked vehicle, or any other goods/material at the site where this work has to be done.
5. Thermoplastic paint application will be done only up to the place where the applicator machine can reach. Endpoints such as near walls, pillars, obstacles, etc., PNG gas lines or electrical points, where the machine cannot reach, the paint would not be done. However, if required, regular oil paint can be done at the same rate applicable as that of Thermoplastic paint.
6. Thermoplastic paint cannot be applied manually.
7. A supervisor from the client side should be present at the site to show us the work that needs to be done during the work in progress.
8. This is thermoplastic paint/Road Marking which will not look like normal paint.
9. Thermoplastic paint cannot be applied to the paver block. However, if there is a need to get the paint done on the paver block, the rate for this will be different.
10. Measurement for the actual work carried out at the site will be done jointly by both parties.
